Staff was very pleasant to work with even through a tough time. Hotel was very clean and had a great atmosphere.
The hotel had a problem with check in day. I was told by the receptionist that I would be getting a full refund back. Did not have my room available until the following day after check in date.

check in was 3pm, arrived at 4pm,in line for 30min was told room would not be ready for 1 hr after waiting 2 hrs i spoke a manager and 30 minutes later we were in a room. so if check in is at 3pm it should not be 6pm before i can get in my room

We were redirected to a different hotel. None of the rooms were cleaned and we waited more than four hours to be redirected to another hotel at 10:45 PM. It was an absolutely terrible experience.

Room amenities clean and very nice. Location perfect for convention center. Valet service top notch.
Room a little warm, but I like a cool room to sleep at night and didn't want to open a window. Also, it took awhile for hot water in the shower, but room was on 14th floor.

Staff members were professional and courteous!
The Valet Parking was very confusing. The setup with very little instruction as to where to go and what to do for drop-off and pick-up of my vehicle.
