Hotel Guest Reviews of the Hilton Hawaiian Village

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

I love that there is so much there. It’s not just a hotel it’s a real experience. Staff as always was great even when faced with potential ballistic missile attack!

The location was convenient, the beach beautiful, and the super pool and lagoon were used most. The fireworks on Friday night on the lanai were beautiful. We had a room with a beach/Diamond Head view. Couldn't have asked for any better.
Cost of meals was exorbitant. Fish and chips for me and cheeseburger for my grandson $50 plus tip.

The beach front was beautiful.
Our room was very run down and looked like nothing the pictures online. Also we arrived after 10 P.M when all the resort activities as well as most the restaurants were closed and still were forced to pay the $90 resort fee.

The rooms were very clean.
This is a very busy convention hotel. At night if you leave your balcony door open, you get tons of noise pollution. Bands at the bar,the luau across on a building roof top or weddings held below on the lawn. Always something going on.
