Only good thing about this hotel is the location right on front of the beach and the Rodizio restaurant for dinner. Was given an Oceanfront room, with also a good view of the pool
Rooms are in awful condition. Needs major updates and renovation. My air conditioning did not cool off the room properly and was too noisy. I could not sleep well

Dated rooms. Long waits on shuttle bus, Timeshare people badgering you constantly. Rude guest and staff!!!. No wifi in riooms unless you purchase a router. You basically have to pay for small convience!!!

The grounds are immpecable and the hotel is right off Bavaro beach so the view is absolutely breathtaking. There are vans that drive throughout the resort picking up and dropping off the guests.
The wifi was only in the lobby but was so poor and did not work. The room had a broken toilet and one of the sinks were clogged. Polished stones on the paths are dangerous when they are wet and it is easy to slide and fall. I did.

It was all perfect for the price and level selected, read some bad reviews and after being there i just can say if you want more you got to pay a lot more. Even thou some things didn't work perfectly, it was a great experience.

I liked the size of the property, it wasn't too big. I liked how it felt like the DR. I liked the pools and the beach was fantastic.
The rooms are fine, but don't expect them to be updated or super nice. They are OK, that's all. I wish the property had WIFI access in more locations than just the lobby.
