Hotel Guest Reviews of the Nizuc Resort & Spa

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

everything was great. Architecture, location, beach, service. Very exclusive and tastefull.
Prices are steep, but this is what you would expect from a resort of this level.

Nizuc is an absolutely beautiful property. As a detail oriented person, I especially appreciate the attention to detail that goes into everything there. We stayed in the most basic room and it was still lovely.
Nizuc is on the southern most tip of the hotel zone. It's secluded but if you're looking to go into town, you'll have to take a $15 taxi or the bus which costs 10.5 pesos per person. Even the bus stop is a 15 minute walk from Nizuc but it's worth it!

6 amazing and exquisite restaurants and the infinity pools (adults, main & even kids' pool) and the friendly staff. Two private beaches and complimentary snorkeling, paddle boarding & kayaking. The spa facilities were also incredible. Kids club!!!
There are two private beaches, however, there is an abundance of "sea grass" at the bottom about 30-ft from shoreline, making putting your feet down uncomfortable. Also, there is not much live music and no dancing available at the beautiful lounge areas.

This place is perfect. It is the definition of zen. The staff are incredible, attentive, friendly, and ALWAYS looking to accommodate. The pools are quiet, clean, gorgeous. The hotel is kept in meticulous shape and has an aura of calm and comfort.
The ONLY minor complaint I can make is that, being a NYorker, I didn't LOVE the dinner selections. Breakfast & lunch were amazing but we ate at 4 of the restaurants for dinner and though beautiful with impeccable service, the food could have been better.
