I had a bad experience and was very upset having to move to 3 different rooms. The first room was not completely ready for me. No towels, soap shampoo, fridge broken. Moved the next day. The second room I was put into the air didn’t work so I move
I have never experienced this type of situation with Marriott and I have been a member many years. Very disappointed and this hotel seemed to be very unorganized as far as the workers are concerned. I will not be back to this particular hotel in Iowa.

The room was great, the breakfast was wonderful, the staff smiled and were helpful. This motel was the total package and we hope to stay there again. Exceeded most 3 or 3.5 star motels in my opinion.

This hotel is clean, modern, well appointed and really quite nice. The front desk staff was great: helpful, pleasant, responsive, accommodating, and laughed at my bad jokes.
The only negative was the coincidence of having the room next to the breakfast prep room. The wall between our rooms didn't dampen noise much, so starting at 4:45 am it felt like I was part of their team. (The staff did a great job with breakfast, btw.)
