Hotel Guest Reviews of the The Baron Hotel

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

Location.
Peeling paint in room. Odor I couldn't place in hallway outside room — urine? The adrenaline smell of fear? Indifferent staff. Electric outlet that didn't work. Oddly placed room furniture. Missing ice bucket, iron, safe mentioned in hotel descript

Nothing
The mattress was horrible, like sleeping on straw. Got 5 minutes of sleep in 8 hours. Terrible place, will never stay there again.

It was walking distance to a metro stop.
This hotel is definitely not a 3 star hotel. It is a very old & outdated hotel. The TV was small & the controller did not work. Whenever we entered the hotel, we were asked if we were there for the "show." There was a burlesque show-not a good atmosphere

Location close to DuPont Circle.
Water closet pot in the bathroom was leaking; No iron/ironing board in the room; spotty Internet in the room.

It is so old, it has so much character. Plus there is the Bier Baron pub attached onto it which was a bonus. The food we had there was very good.
Nope!
