The woman who checked us in was very nice and very helpful.
There were people on our floor yelling and screaming at 4:30 a.m. The 7th floor soda machine was sold out but did not show that until after my husband put the money in and we ended up losing the money.

The location is great and the breakfast was the satisfactory.
There wasn't any maid service provided and at check in there wasn't any toilet paper in the room. You can hear the busses and the outside noise in the room with close windows. The shower was too small , smaller than a cruise ship shower and clogged.

Broken haridryer. Broken toilet that was running all night. They moved us after complaining twice about it. Holes in the wall. AC was plugged into a broken outlet. The room next door to us had a broken door so I was worried that anybody could come in.

Being downtown it was close to pretty much everything.
The rooms were glanced over when cleaned, they're was material on the bathroom walls by the toilet and the shower was not cleaned (I was pulling long dark hair off me, im bald fyi) a small window a.c. was what kept the room somewhat cool.

Very nice front desk Rep. This hotel is in a very central location. One can walk to everything from it, food, Convention Center& Inner Harbor (5-15 min. walk), Baseball/Football stadium (15-20 min. walk), George Washington Monument (7-15 min. walk), etc.
It is not very modern. It lacks the modern updates and bells and whistles of the newer hotels!...

The Room Stunk like cigarette smoke (non smoking building), tv remote didn't work (no staff on to help)not able to use the tv. No toilet paper, had to use Kleenex (no staff on to help)

Location, staff and room being clean.
Only one chair in the room. No desk chair and the water pressure at the sink was terrible. AC unit in window did not cool the whole room.

It's close to the Baltimore harbor, it was a lot of people just outside hanging out on the side and in front of hotel.
