Hotel Guest Reviews of the Sandcastle Resort

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

Bed was in the wall (pull-down) was not notified of that. Had no hot water Sunday morning to shower. Notified front desk, asked to be contacted by manager, have not heard a word from anyone. Disappointed with Customer Service (lack thereof)

The hotel was well maintained and clean. While it is a building from the '60s - it is still seemingly current. There is a "homey" style feel to the overall property.
The hotel was a bit farther out of Provincetown than I imagined. I thought I would be able to walk into town - no sidewalks. The local bus was fantastic $2.00 each way. A cab ride was $7.00 each way.

The property was very nice. Some rooms didn't have ac so I had to upgrade the room to get one with ac.
Room was dirty, staff was very rude, the room was expensive and not worth the money.

The fact is was one of the few hotels in Provencetown Ma that allowed one a one night stay. It was clean and affordable. The staff was awesome & helpful. They also allow you to park your car in their lot before check in & after check out.
The distance to the center, but the bus stop is right across the street

The standard suite had full kitchenette, with all necessities. The bedroom could be closed off from living area. A great indoor pool. Close proximity to bay. The desk clerks were very helpful, cleaning staff efficient. Free parking.
Check out time was 10 am. I would have liked 11.
