Hotel Guest Reviews of the ARIZONA GRAND RESORT & SPA

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

Nice staycation and loved that they stored bags after checkout and allowed us to continue to use the facilities that day. Checking in at 4:00 pm and out at 11:00 am does not give enough time to enjoy the park. Not worth full price; nice discounted rate.
Check in was a mad house; took 45 minutes. No microwave in room which made bringing food not ideal. Resort food $ were OUTRAGEOUS.No outside food in park and charging $11 for a hot dog.Balcony in room covered in bird droppings.

The water park/pool was fantastic. Spent two full days there and didn't run out of fun things to do.
Had to wait a long time to get golf cart to come and take us to other areas of the resort.

Not really very much at all. The resort, including the pool areas...are basically "Public" facilities. People just drive up...unload the kids and coolers, and spend the day. VERY noisy, pool full of swim toys, No Security to speak of.
Arrived to find I was being charged an additional $150 for "resort fee," plus the $50 daily hold for "Incidences." Ordered room service for just me. 8 oz fillet, mashed potato, shrimp cocktail, Iced Tea. $111 Dollars! Basically a HUGE scam. AVOID!!

The last , this time I stayed here had to change rooms because of mosquitos and nats this time I got bit up very bad from mosquito bites. Won't stay here again, rooms need upgrading for the prices they charge. Also lazy river closed early.

I liked the room service and breakfast delivered to the room. The room was very clean.
The only thing that needs improvement is dining service. Not only did it take 30-45 minutes for drinks to be delivered to our table but my cousin got food poisoning from the Spicy Ahi Tuna that was served.

This hotel was beautifully maintained with excellent grounds, swimming and places to relax. It is easy to teach restaurants, shopping, airport and universities.
