Hotel Guest Reviews of the Poco Diablo Resort

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

It was in a good location.
The rooms were outdated with old dirty furniture. The iron in room did not work. Then to add insult to injury the room next to mine was a conference room. They had people arriving before 7 am and rudely woke us up. The hotel staff did nothing to help!

Room was spacious. AC worked exceptionally well. Golf course view was great. Food in restaurant was excellent and reasonably priced.

This hotel is located in an ideal location. The bluffs and surrounding mountains are just amazing. The dining hall is also located in a perfect location on the golf course.
I did not think the hotel's additional fees were in good taste. We stayed in 5 different hotels in Arizona over a 7 day period and this hotel was the only one with this kind of fee.

It was convenient to most attractions. Breakfast and lunch were good! Pretty setting.
Room was dark and air went on and off..which was annoying because you could hear outside noises..dogs, people talking, doors banging. Golf course was closed for maintenance and a wedding

The rooms are nice and updated, the grounds are pretty and well kept.
I was expecting a 4 star resort but it felt like a senior living center. The AC was a loud wall unit. I got a pet friendly room and found out later I needed to pay $100 deposit for a pet bed. Don't call this a 4 star resort. It's an Inn.

Spacious and clean room.
Unfortunately, no views of the stunning Sedona landscape from either our room or the pool.
