Hotel Guest Reviews of the Millennium Knickerbocker Chicago

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

The location was good.
It felt very unwelcoming and we won't stay there again.

Location/value have always been our 1/1-A priorities.
No real "scenic-view"- type rooms. Staff, in general, not as "warm" as in past years. Charged for refrigerated product that was not even stocked during our stay. Had to adjust upon checkout.

Decor is upscale, and the location is convenient.
The parking is a bit overpriced ($65 for overnight), and the room was incredibly small with a cruise-ship-style bathroom. I understand that rooms will be smaller in an older hotel, but I wasn’t prepared for the lack of space.

Location was absolutely perfect. We were walking distance to Michigan Avenue, restaurants, shops, museums, and Millenium Park. Hotel itself was beautiful, had all the character of an old Chicago hotel, with modern amenities.
Room itself was small. It had just enough room for a king size bed, but with the perfect location we were only in the room for to sleep at night.
