Hotel Guest Reviews of the W Los Angeles - West Beverly Hills

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

Proximity to Ronald Reagan Medical Center.
No coffee maker in the room -- which is ridiculous for the price associated with this hotel. No free wifi in the room.

The look and feel of the hotel was fun yet relaxing.
I didn't like having to pay for Wifi during my stay since I wasn't a preferred member. Complimentary Wifi should be available for all guests considering the amount you pay per night. I also didn't like paying tax on the valet. $46+ tax is excessive.

Location was great and in a safe area. Street parking (2-hour) was available. Comp late checkout was provided, the room was clean, large and what we expected.
Pool was slightly less impressive given the W's reputation, and beds (although free) were reserved for the entire day but we saw no one on them so a bit disappointing. Parking was pricey given there was a lot down the street for 1/10 the price!

I was not impressed. The facility, they have just put lipstick on a pig, it is an old building.

Outside pool bar area was very cool.
It's very loud. First, the hotel was having a huge party/wedding which resulted in inebriated guests wandering the halls everywhere. Second, the hotel room next door had loud parties both on Saturday and Sunday nights, and we had trouble sleeping.

Great location to UCLA, across the street. Room was clean and of good size
Parking was too expensive. Sink had zero counter space, none in bathroom.

The hotel was very nice and the valet parking attendants were so nice and amazing. The valet attendants made sure we were well taken care of. I pray that they receive the majority of the valet cost as their pay. The front desk employees were also great.
The cost of the valet was expensive. I did not like the fact that there was a full bar in the room. I do not drink and also thought about all of the recovering alcoholics that may stay in the hotel and could fall into temptation.
