always love a Hampton
We had no water upon arrival and had a wedding shower to attend so were unable to shower. Upon returning to the hotel, hot water was nothing but pure brown and still unable to shower. I spoke w/ the hotel & they stated they were going to reimburse.

Staff was warm and friendly.
They took a credit card deposit of 20.00 for possible incidentals, and had use of that amount for a week until they credited it back to my card. My expectations would be to hold the card number, not charging anything, until it was used!

Easy access, clean room, friendly staff.
TV in our room did not work properly. Front desk staff came to room and could not fix the problem. Offered to move us to another room but too late in evening. Said she would see about an adjustment to our bill. No discount was applied to bill.

The staff was very friendly. The beds were comfortable. The room was very clean and had the feel of home. The complementary breakfast was always delicious and hot. The complementary coffee was always fresh an replenished.
