Location, room size/accomodations, sound level in room (very quiet), ocean front view, friendly cleaning staff and restaurant staff.
Front desk staff seemed rushed/unfriendly, very dirty showerhead, pool areas need some maintenance and updating, dishwasher in suite smelled like rotten food, needed to be run through a cleaning cycle to remove smell, parking garage is very small/narrow.

Location was great, staff was friendly upon checkin. Original room was great
Extended stay. New room was given to us. Upon arrival the tub was full of water and not cleaned. Took an hour and a half and multiple calls to the front desk to get a maid to come up and clean it. Given breakfast vouchers after breakfast was closed

When we arrived out toilet was clogged and they fixed it right away
I was very put off by the sales pitch from "concierge " for time share. It annoyed me enough that I would not stay here again.

Easy for a family with kids.
If you are used to Weston, Hyatt, W , Radisson hotels or Marriott hotels this is not for you. There were too many children and the pool area looked dirty. The town was very trashy and there are no restaurants for foodies.

The location
The entire time we were at this hotel It was bike week in myrtle beach and instead of being able to hear the ocean off my oceanfront balcony I heard 10 different people playing music off the balcony. I couldn't hear the ocean at 3am even. disappointed
