Hotel Guest Reviews of the Hotel Ruidoso - Midtown

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

It was clean, quiet and just far enough off the main street to be semi-secluded. Loved the pillow top mattress. Breakfast area was clean and food presentation was good.

The hotel room and hallways had a weird smell

Conveniently located for enjoying downtown Ruidoso.
All the outside doors are the type that lock upon closing. You must have a keycard to open them. That's good. The person servicing the indoor pool propped the outside door open for about an hour, which allows anyone access into the hotel. Not good.

Convenient location.
Way overpriced, almost $--- a night for a weekend stay. Carpet in room was heavily stained, bed was saggy and somewhat uncomfortable.

Very clean, good breakfast
They take a copy of your credit card for incidentals, they are nowhere near the inn of the mountain gods ( it's about a 15 min drive) and the beds are very uncomfortable.

Location was great, staff was particularly friendly and helpful.
Common areas could have been a little cleaner/better maintained, wouldn't hesitate to stay again though.

It was very close to all the downtown fun.
The staff were rude, the room was dirty and the bed was the most uncomfortable bed I've ever slept in.

The location and staff are amazing. So nice, clean, and friendly.
The continental breakfast was a bit disappointing, but the hotel is in such a good location that it's within walking distance to so many other options that it wasn't a big deal.
