I had a room that was remodeled in the last year. Clean, very comfortable bed, desk clerk was cordial and helpful. Great hotel for the price. Highly recommend.
No vending machines. Continental breakfast was skimpy. I got in too late to visit the Japanese restaurant adjoining, which locals told me was very good.

The location was great, easy to get to.
The phone did not work, the breakfast opened @ 7, I was the 1st one. Half a loaf of bread, no butter, 3 bagels in store bought bag opened, empty wrapper of cream cheese, etc. front desk said that was all they were putting out.

Cleanliness, great price friendly staff.Only about a twenty minute to Blue Ridge Parkway.
No complaints. Had a great stay.

Location is convenient. SOme nice amenities, especially pool. Good Japanese restaurant in building
Room needs renovation. Breakfast not very good and served in a windowless, dime, and unappealing room. Grossly overpriced for what it is.

10-15 minutes from Moravian Falls and conference location.
The wifi and cell connections were poor. Wifi kept telling me it was low strength and would disconnect.

First room card key did not work. Lock issue problem. Had to assign another room. Heat did not work properly. They did not have any extra bed blankets available. Phone did not work properly.
