The employees at the front desk were very helpful and tried to make things right.
The rooms were disgusting! There was food around the edges of the bed and it looked like the floors had not been vacuumed in a long time. We switched rooms and the 2nd room was just as nasty!!!! The bathroom was not clean and had hairs in the shower.

The location.
The lady who worked in The Edge restaurant in the evening was very rude towards our children and acted like we were bothering her by being there. She was also complaining about her job and how she has to do "everything"

Very clean, friendly staff and a quiet yet professional environment.Excellent hotel for vacation or business travel, nicely located in a community of restaurants and shopping centers.
My trip ended too soon.

Good location with plenty of free parking.
Definitely less than expected for star level. Mold in the shower, loose drain cover, poor layout for small bathroom (can't open/shut bathroom door unless standing in front of toilet.

hotel was great
the stay was great until about 3 days after our stay they charged my credit card for an additional $50 and accused me of stealing a PILLOW! we have called 6x and they refused to review cameras to prove i didnt steal it and refused to refund my money!!!
