The room was decently decorated
I got an "upgraded" room with a view, the view was of the hotel across, the shower water pressure is terrible. The carpets in the hallway could not have possible been any dirtier. The light in my room had a short.

Good restaurants and shops. Friendly, helpful staff.
Ridiculously limited hours for pool and gym. Really poor TV selection. No fridge, few electrical outlets. Reeked of "old".

The location of the hotel is pretty great. Close to Caesars and the Venetian and shopping.
My hotel room was not vacuumed and the bench in front of the bed was disgusting, I covered it with a bath towel. No coffee maker! No dirty laundry bags or dry cleaning bags. No fridge and the desk lamp didn't work. The shampoo and soap on tap is gross

One hour wait to get checked in and then my room wasn't ready at 4:30 p.m. had to wait another 45 minutes. Resort fee was more than my room cost. Plus had to pay for parking on top of that.

Once you walk in the hotel lobby smelled horrible. Also the hallways in the towers smelled horrible. On top of that thenwater coming out of the tap a an awful smell to it. Very disappointed. I won't be staying at the harrahs anytime soon.

That is was on the strip, in a central location.
No coffee pot, refrigerator, microwave, and the thermostat seemed to be regulated outside the room. I will never stay at Harrahs again.
