Cleanest hotel! Extremely comfortable mattress. Nice comforter- i usually find the materials ugly and unpleasant to touch. This was pretty and soft. Pool was good too, though they needed larger towels for swimming.

It was a little pricey for the area $---/night although it did have some additional amenities (pool, free breakfast) that we didn't use.

Check in wasnt until 3pm. We arrived at 10:45am and told them we were in town for an event that started at 2pm and without a second thought the let us check in that early with no extra charge.

It was close to our destination. Breakfast selection was very good.
Yes, we had to take COLD SHOWERS SAT & SUN MORNING as there was NO Hot Water and Very Low Water Pressure from 5:45am when we woke up until 7:30am when we had to leave!!!

Both Saturday and Sunday morning from 5:45am-7:30am there was NO HOT WATER and VERY LITTLE WATER PRESSURE. If the hotel is not capable of providing hot water and sufficient water pressure to their guests, they should not fill the rooms beyond their capacity. Staff was very unconcerned about the issue, said all they could do is call maintenance which is unacceptable. We had to take a cold shower because we could not wait or we would have missed our appointments. There were also guests in the lobby area drinking, yelling etc. all evening up until 12am that I know of who were being very loud and obnoxious and there were multiple kids playing elevator tag and running up and down the halls all evening which prevented us from sleeping. It was right where I needed to be for the wedding we attended and we were able to get a last minute room the previous night
we had the wheelchair accessible room- water got all over the bathroom floor. Also the receptionist was kind of snappish when I checked in or anytime I asked a question

I wish I would have been able to switch to a regular room bc I did not realize I had got the handicapped room but the receptionist said size I booked through priceline it could not be changed
