All the good and alcohol was included. The meal options were varied and delicious. There were a good assortment of activities held on the property.
The room was not cleaned while we were there (though someone came and removed our soiled towels we had to ask for more). Twice I was given incorrect information regarding the shuttle times into town, and one of the restaurants being open.

Restaurant staff and we're alsome. Beach activity we're great. Food choices were good. Beach medical staf top noch after one in our group was stung by stingray. Beautiful landscape.
Not wheelchair friendly. House keeping are theives. They took my son's silver 1882 Morgan dollar and stole $200 from my wife's purse. Lesson learned (use room safe) cart seldom came by building 8. Even after making requesting for my disabled wife

the best thing about this hotel was you can always find something to do
the food was atrocious. I pretty much ate french fries every meal cause that's the only thing that was edible

The grounds were nicely kept, and all of the staff were attentive, patient, and kind.
The food wasn't the greatest, not many options for a vegetarian.

We've stayed at this resort before a few years ago so we knew what it was like. However I'd say it's gone down hill a little. It's getting older and needs some maintenance. But for the price it's hard to beat. Also top shelf liquor a huge bonus.
It's a very large resort. Lots of walking which is ok for us but others may not like. Also there's areas that smell like sewers. Not sure what the problem is there.

The staff definitely takes care of you. I have to give  and his brother  credit. Hotel employee made sure we got checked in into our room early and that was a huge plus. They both really made our stay enjoyable. Thank you guys!
Membership sale. Manager  was the most disrespectful person I've ever met. Not only was he rude but he had the guts to challenge me when I said I could find cheaper deals than what his membership offered.

Food was fantastic, staff were excellent even though their English was not the best for a tourist resort.
What we DID NOT like was the huge mosquito problem - we were riddled with bites and it made it very unpleasant to be outside in the evening. Suggest that they provide mosquito replenant in every room as the problem is this big because of the swamps.
