The staff was kind & attentive
Most rooms smelled like mildew. I was told it was because of the humidity. The people who visited during our visit were from Latin America hwere extremely rude, maybe because we are Brown skinned. It was really hard to tolerate stares & cutting in lines

No where near enough staff to look after us dishes piling up and delivery of requests really slow the food was below average they cooked pork one night and were feeding the people and it was bleeding. This is a huge health risk and the hotel should be shu

shut down. the baqnk machine in the lobby took my debit card and screwed up my vacation and the hotel called the bank machine servicing people and they would not come and give it back nor would they give it back rediculous. There is no good areas to drink with a/c rooms.l there is far too many restricted use areas the vodka and alcohols were cheap and upset all of us and we wanted to drink better quality alcohol like we did at other resorts so none of us had fun we were sick with indigestion all the time and when we stopped drinking within 2 days we were fine then start again and upset right away. They were serving us rot gut. i will never ever ever stay at this joke of a resort agaqin ever. most other hotels at the star rating or 4 are far superior and do not cheap out on the booze at least you can drink smirnoff vodka all the vodkas we have never heard of ever. they made us really ill even if we only had 2 drinks. rediculous destroyed are fun. the hotel was extremely noisey way too many kids were there it was horrible. the kids shoulod be swimming in a child designated pool and the parents can swim there only with them the main pool should be nice and adult swimming and enjoying not stick the adults off in a pool faqr away from everything. The beef and other meat was cheap and very tough very very tough and gross I cant believe that a T Bone steak could be so tough that you cant bite it and the meat gets stuck in your teeth constantly. They did not even maintain rules of no shorts and t shirts in the alacarte restaurants it was a joke the people were in swim suits and shorts and sand on their feet what a joke. the carts that moved people were a joke they would not come to get you ever when you needed a ride always late never there and you could sit and wait for one forever. then when asked they said walk on the white line. Haaaa what a joke never ever again will i stay in such a crappy place ever not happening. they had premium alcohol and would not serve it jok more

The location is great.
We did not get the room we reserved in the first place. The room we got was nice, but had an over powering mold smell. They then down graded us to a smaller room that did not smell. No compensation was offered even though we asked for any tiny thing.

The staff was not friendly at all. We were treated very poorly with the problems we encountered even through the problems were the hotels issues not ours. I chose this location because of the beach and pool areas. Little did I know how awful the service, food, and beverages would be. We were traveling with two small children, so we had to "deal" with the bad service.

The buffet had a wide variety. Lots of fresh fruit drinks.

The hotel indicated that I was a "No Show" even though I checked in and assigned my room to someone else.

Would not recommend it.

Easy access to it and convenient location.
Everything was fine.

They have a very good program for children as well as adults; excellent supporting employees.
