The front desk staff was polite and professional.
This hotel is in pretty poor condition overall and rooms were very dirty.

The location was perfect for our needs.
The room had mismatched furniture. The carpet was stained. The queen size bed was more like a double bed. Only one elevator was functional; the other was out of order for repairs.

No Bathtub in room, room was not cleaned well each day ( trash not emptied, no vacumn, etc I went down to pay cash on check out and found they had already charged my card, which I did not want.

Most everything was terrible poor or mediocre at best Staff at check in was not pleasant Room was smaller than most others Breakfast area was complete chaos Aircon was very loud It wasn't a pleasant stay at all Does not deserve 2.5 star rating

the style was nice, staff was great.
I asked for the sheets to be changed on one bed and they were not.the base of the shower was not cleaned well had dirty feet marks.

Location, price, the pool, Japanese restaurant under the same roof.
Only one elevator working though it wasn't a big deal since there weren't many guests. But can be a problem if the hotel is booked.
