Hotel Guest Reviews of the Days Inn Sevierville Interstate Smokey Mountains

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

The location was good. The staff had nice people with very good customer service.
It needed some updates. It was an older hotel but it was not bad, just an older hotel needing e.g. change of rugs. My bath mat was torn and should have been thrown away.

The ease of check in and check out. Parking was convenient.
The smell coming from the heater was bad, like mold. There was something on the wall under the toilet paper dispenser that was clearly dirty. The bathroom door was dirty. The noise level of all the cars going by was loud and I could hear people walking

It was right off the interstate and on the main road to where we were going.
The Wi-Fi was terrible. It never stayed connected, when it was connected it was a very weak signal. The room smelled musty when we would come back from a day out.The showers were definitely not for a tall person, I'm 5'8" and had to bend down to wash my hair

The location was great.
The refrigerator didn't work and one of our group had to keep her insulin in the small ice bucket..we were there two nights without refrigeration..when we called the front desk to complain I was told there was no one to work on it. Insulin is a mustfor

Close to the interstate.
Many things were broken or just needed simple updates. Hard to get out of the parking lot. Close enough to walk to fast food and gas but no sidewalks and if you drive there’s no easy way to get back to the hotel.

Room was very clean and staff was friendly and helpful. This Is an older hotel but has been very nicely renovated. the grounds were immaculately kept.
It was a bit far from the main road

I didn't like anything about this hotel.
Filthy room, disgusting bathroom. Bed completely broken in the middle. Fridge made loud noise and was leaking. I called hotel's front desk from room phone. She made a joke about my complaints and hung up on me. Hotel has other problems as well as these.

Basic expectations, and slightly above basic delivery.
Nothing I didn't like - all expectations were met or exceeded.

Location was close to interstate.
Lobby smelled bad, pool needs repairs & the room was humid and partially renovated but mostly very outdated. Would not stay again.
