Staff was amazing. The bar abd the restaurant were very nice. There is a very nice bar/restaurant scene surrounding the hotel.
For a city visit it is a little far from the center (but easily reachable by public transport).

Efficient and friendly staff Large Twin room- spacious and comfortable.
Parking costs at nearby multi-storey car park could be discounted even more for hotel residents. Hotel has no car park of its own.

The fantastic staff who were always on hand to help! From check in to check out, every single staff member was excellent!
Room fittings and amenities did not quite meet expectations. Surprised that for a business hotel, there was no USB port provided and there was no bathrobe unless specifically requested for. The wardrobe could be a little bigger too?

It was convenient in so far as catching an early morning flight. Rooms were large and modern by London standards.
It was a Friday night, I was situated on a lower floor and there was quite a lot of noise through the night.

the stuffs are very friendly, and it's good to have a public parking lot about 200 meters away from hotel.
the 2 beds are so small..

This hotel is not like a 5-star, but ok with the special price. It's not reasonable if anyone pay --- usd for this kind of 3-star hotel in north american.
