Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. Gorgeous location with private island and water park access.
Since its connected to the conquistador hotel there is not much to do on the casitas side. Meaning long walk every time you want to experience some of the conquistadors amenities.

The private island was great
The cost is not worth it. For the price paid, many things did not meet expectations.

Las Casitas area was relatively new and very well maintained and very pretty!
Food prices were pretty high--like higher than Manhattan pricing for some items, which I found to be a bit exploitative.

Classy, well maintained.
Too many kids and the air conditioner vent put cold air right onto the bed. We got the room very cold all day and shut the a/c off at night. It got a bit stuffy but was better than being awake cold all night. Staff said all casitas are set up the same.
