Hotel Guest Reviews of the Cedar Breaks Lodge And Spa

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

The room wasn’t the cleanest. There was a half eaten pop tart in the window sil. The restaurant was incredibly slow and while waiting at the bar we heard the bartender mention that the kitchen kept messing up orders. The service was incredibly slow

The pool area is nice. The bedroom had a fireplace which was nice. We also enjoyed the game room and activities.
When I booked the room, it said "kitchenette".The room didn't have a decent size fridge or a stove I had to pay an extra $20 per night to upgrade.I would not have booked this place for an extra $20 per night if I would have known.Uncomfortable pull out.

It had many amenities.
Not very clean. The cafe and restaurants were always closed.

We only had a studio for one night but a simple 3 drawer dresser would have been nice instead of living out of a suitcase. You can pick one up at Ikea for $40.

The lanscape and the suite itself
The restaurant and cafe both have terrible options for vegans/vegatarians and there is in summer nowhere else to go, so vegans need to bring their own food or be prepared to go hungry. Staff in the cafe and restaurant seem uncaring. Would not recommend

The front desk staff was great - friendly, helpful, knowledgeable about the area - definitely helped make our vacation a lot of fun.
