I should have known something was up when the front desk had a glass-window separating them from us. We were not greeted in a welcoming manner, more like we had interrupted their time. When I handed the Priceline receipt to the owner, his wife made a snide remark and I was told that I "would not get anything extra" that she was very busy, (even though there were only 4 cars in the parking lot). Instead of have a party of 2 we had 4, which I specified prior to arriving. I had to write "4 guests" and sign on a random piece of paper, I was made to sign liability agreements that if my room or car were broken into while staying there that they were not liable. I had to sign out a remote at the front desk to even work our TV. We had a non-smoking room, with a 1-inch gap under the door so we had to barricade the door with a blanket to keep the smoke out (which obviously can only do so much). So we inhaled smoke all night. At about 2:00 in the morning we could hear people overhead moving furniture around. There were no wall sockets next to the beds, the alarm was across the room. The shower experience was interesting...they provided shampoo but no conditioner and when I reached to get my towel off the rack the whole thing feel on the floor. There was no hair dryer like they said. I of course had no idea "getting nothing extra" meet not even getting peaceful stay. The whole night I was literally waiting from someone to break into our room. This hotel is run by people of ethnic decent, which I have no problem with the race, I do however have a problem when I pay good money and get treated badly by the staff. ...
