The staff was, overall, very friendly. Very willing to help out in any way they could.
Beach did not seem to have anyone cleaning up the trash that was laying around. Sometimes they did not seem to have a sense of urgency to get tables cleaned or seated in the order of people waiting for them. Lines were long at the restauarants.

honestly nothing..we are very disappointed about this hotel.
i understand the hotel was rating as a 3 start hotel but i honestly it should have -1 start .first the food omg horrible.we was looking for mxican food and they all have like international food but not only that the taste horrible .the staff horrible too

View of the ocean was breathtaking; large pools with a couple swim up bars and a lot of places to relax; variety of restaurants.
having to pay for wi-fi; we did not have any running water for a few hours, but they were able to correct; the first couple days our room was very warm, they should have fans available,

The location
The room smelled like sewage. There was a constant leak in the bathroom and the floor was always wet. The air conditioner was super loud and sounded like an airplane. The restaurant ran out of plates and could not serve food. Check in was long. unfriendly
