Modern facility, good condition, new carpet, bed covers, towels, wash clothes, etc.
Used bar of Soap from last guest was still on floor. Small one cup coffee maker (which required a cup to use) did not have a cup in room. I was very sure I booked to include breakfast. I was told I did not. NO breakfast.

My credit card was charged the amount you gave me and then they billed me again at higher rate. Yes I was billed twice for the same stay/same rooms. I have disputed this with my credit card company.

You said they had free breakfasts. No they don't. The toilet in our room was broken and no maintenance personnel to fix it.In the bottom draw of the dresser were old clothes and debris. Found a dirty old soc under my bed. It was more like a Flop House.

No smoking. Rooms clean. Internet access pretty good. Location. Free breakfast.

This is the best hotel in town even though it is somewhat more expensive. The free breakfast at the diner makes up for part of the price difference.
