Front desk manager has excellent communication and people skills. Enjoyed my time speaking with him in general. Also huge shout out to Hotel employee for doing excellent work in pool test procedures and hospitality.

Didn't like the art work on the walls. Not in keeping with a first class hotel. Small complaint, but I really look at those things.

I'm a traveling businessman, my mourning appointment ran over and I asked for a late checkout. I checked out of the room at 2:35 pm and they still charged me $ 85.00. This is ridiculous the manager refused to give back the funds they stole
The waiter was very rude I told him twice to bill to my room and he still handed me a bill in front of my clients. He also took away my coofee cup I told him I was not finished he said now you are. What a bottom off the barrel Garden Inn !
