I was put in a smoking room and I have severe asthma and I can't handle smoke. The room was hazy with other's smoke and we found cigarettes below my bed, old socks, and old apple cores on the floor below the air conditioner and beside the bed.

Pool was ok
Smoke alarm beeped very 2 minutes. Went to front desk to get help but was told a manager would not be there until Monday. Room was not clean. Mini fridge was very dirty. Would not recommend at all!

This hotel chain was recommended and by association with the Wyndham Hotel chain, we were not concerned. It was under construction (new roof)! Our first room was directly under the work area with 4 hours left in the work day, and a smoking room! Not us!
Staff advised construction would not be an inconvenience!!! It WAS!! We moved to another room down stairs. It was: damp, sticky, dirty carpets, Poor condition and smoked in!! It was old, and needed upgrading. Very substandard beds! Not impressed!

The room was not the cleanest. Didn't have enough towels, we asked for more they didn't have any to give us. There was hair in the bathroom and the sheets were less than perfect.busy area so it was also noisy. There was rust inside and out

The staff were quite friendly.
The rooms had yellow walls with stuff on them. There also was flies all in the room. It was quite nasty.

Supposed nonsmoking room smelled of smoke. Breakfast staff not doing their job, did not refill the items.

Breakfast was great for a free continental breakfast.
Hair on sheets and in bathtub. Hot water was in and out. Refrigerator was so loud we had to unplug it. Beds are old and uncomfortable. Sheets had stains.

The price.
Night clerk was smoking weed while I was trying to get someone to let me into my room at 3:30am when the keys wouldn't work. It took 30 minutes for her to show up and she smelled like pot...really strongly.
