I was in Burlington looking at houses so I really just needed a place to shower and sleep. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and everything worked (tv, heater/ac, mini fridge, etc.)

nothing.
paint in tub, hair on pillow cases, room smelled, door wouldn't lock, I would never ever stay there again. refuse to used coupon you sent me to use at checkout. room was suppose to be -- and i paid -- I am a disable veteran and they didn't care.

very little although the room did appear to be clean.
Mostly everything, however the one thing I found most appalling is that when I called down to the lobby to inform them that the batteries were missing form the remote, their initial response was, can't you control the TV by the buttons on it?

Room was in serious disrepair cracks in the ceilings, door bar latch was broken. TV remote missing it's batteries. Also the bathtub's drain plug was missing so showers only. Breakfast room was unattended and had coffee in a thermos and 2 cereals in dispensers. Perhaps milk for these in a refrigerator, with one table and a bit of odds and ends stored against the walls.

The father and son at the desk were very polite. They even called to check on us after we got to the room and see if there was anything more we'd need!

The hotel was currently under renovation when we stayed there. It was getting an update in every aspect of the room. We had a brand new bed, television, etc. It is currently a work in progress, but we still had a great stay. It will be an even nicer place to stay shortly, and we look forward to our next visit!

everything worked reasonably clean and comfortable bed the basics of the room were all in place if not cosmetically perfect; The motel was a good value.
