Hotel Guest Reviews of the Renaissance Boston Waterfront Hotel

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

Check in was quick and friendly.
Early morning front desk staff was a little bothered that we needed help with finding a taxi. Valet was kind enough to hunt one down.

Quality was what you'd expect of a 4*. Rooms & common areas were generally pleasant with tasteful decor. Good for those who want easy airport proximity. Hotel is adjacent to the first stop on FREE Silver Line bus from Logan.($2.75 back to Logan).
Location is marginal as the Seaport area is not really a touristy or interesting neighborhood. It consists primarily of offices & condo living and serves the convention center. There's a smattering of restaurants nearby. Selection is somewhat limited.

Went to dinner in hotel. Service was not good, waitress, took over 10 minutes to come to table when only five tables in the whole restaurant. Ordered wine took a long time to get as she chatted with friends. Another waiter asked her 3 times to come to me.
