Hotel Guest Reviews of the Sportsmen's Lodge Hotel

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

Rooms were up to date
Overpriced, couldn't get into room because the key wouldn't work after three trips to the front desk, they finally sent someone to help me get in. Turns out the battery was dead. Hallway's smelled like weed.

The only thing good where the pillows.
I didn't believe it till it was 11:55 p.m. And I could hear every single person talking inside and outside the hotel. When a staff member finally came and told them to shut up as when I finally fell asleep. The room was fine the hallways were thin?

Location Staff was great, especially housekeeping. Our infant daughter got sick one night and we went through a few towels cleaning up (gross I know) and the housekeeper was so kind when I saw her and explained we needed more towels.
While the hotel was clean the paint in the bathroom was chipping really bad and was an aesthetic eyesore. The noise in the hallways was also crazy. You hear every slammed door and footstep.

The hotel was very modern and I enjoyed the atmosphere. The pool was fun.
The walls are VERY thin, I could literally hear everything. Also, seating by the pool is limited so I basically had to stalk people who were leaving in order to be able to lay out.

Really clean
The hall way to the room looked kindda old and dirty. The sound of closing the door room was too loud.

Nothing.
The hallways were hot and musty. Could not find the ice machine. Hotel is very run down aside from the lobby. Should not be labeled as 4 stars. Doors slamming all night long. Sheets were stained. The cover to our AC kept banging, until it finally fell off

Walls thin and the toilet flushing was super loud. After I went home I got freaked out because there are people saying it was haunted! I felt nothing weird though

It was very loud. We could hear doors slamming and people above us all hours of the night. The AC did not work, it was 75-77 degrees at all times. The shuttle to universal studios left early and without us on it so we had to uber.
