Hotel Guest Reviews of the Hotel Seattle

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

The staff were nice.
It was terrible. The worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Old, worn out everything. The shower barely worked and kept going from hot to cold, the curtains were torn and bloodstained, the mattress was bouncy. No money has been spent since 1940.

No A.C., no window screens, noisy, hardly no sleep. No refreshments, no food, Old creaky elevator, very muggy hotel. Was told hotel was 3 blocks from century link field it was not, century link field was 1.1 mile away from hotel, false advertisement.

Nothing, the place is a DUMP, you should run away from this place, not safe, clean, modern or quiet.
Liked nothing at this DUMP

location
The black mold, flaking lead based paint, water tested horrible. Bed had no fitted sheet, just two regular sheets. Faucet dripped non stop. This was the worst place I have ever stayed.

Location and price
What a shame they've let this place go! Peeling wallpaper, dirty carpet, old ratty blankets, buzzing old tube TV. So much potential lost

The location downtown and the room price.
No wifi, no AC, very bad TV reception. Also there was a very hot pipe in the bathroom that was extremely hot to the touch and heated up the entire room.

The concierge was very polite and helpful.
The internet not reaching all the floors.

It was the cheapest thing around other than hostels.
The wallpaper was peeling, there was only one outlet in the room, which I believe doesn't meet electrical codes, there was a big hole in the wall where the phone jack should have been, there was no electrical cover on the outlet, brown water, etc.
