Hotel Guest Reviews of the Marriott's Ko Olina Beach Club

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

Room was large with good ocean and pool views and full kitchen. Pools are great for kids and overall property is very attractive. Near retail options
1. Food product is weak and prices are absurd 2. Failed to clean room on first night 3. Room rates, parking charges and fees are excessive. Poor price value 4. Very crowded over Labor Day weekend 5. Friday nite 9:15p and pool bar is closed? F&B sucks

This hotel exudes luxury and high class. The facilities have great pools for the kids. The lagoon is warm and fairly clean, but only on one side. We had a one bedroom with kitchen and it fit the 5 of us well, since we brought an air mattress.
Good luck finding an open BBQ at dinnertime. The reason you have to BBQ is that all of the food is super expensive here and at the nearby resorts in Ko Olina. Even the hotel market is way overpriced. But Safeway, Walmart, and Target are nearby.

Great for family vacations , walls are thin and you can hear your next door neighbor sneeze . Kids run around screening in the halls very early so if your a late sleeper it's not good for you. Staff is excellent and efficient. Pools and lagoon great.

Close to wedding site.
Too far from elevators. Had a view of parked cars. No view at all. Too far from Honolulu and Waikiki. Too much traffic to drive to or from Waikiki.

Love the 2 bedrooms Villa much better than the king size ocean view guest room. Enjoy the view and the location with pools and lagoon.
Checkin time so late - 4 pm and check out so early at 10:00 am. No luggage stand in any of the rooms. Not enough restaurant accommodations on site to all hotel guests. Waited long time for elevators too many guests on property. We took the stairs..

I liked the location on the lagoons. Beautiful setting and well manicured grounds. There were lots of amenities to enjoy. We could have spent our whole trip here. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the star gazing tour.
The reservation was not honored. Even though the staff was friendly, they did not try to honor the quote and reservations I had. I had to pay $----- per night more to stay there. I was stuck without a room otherwise, so I paid the extra price.

The buildings and lobby are very nice. Pools are spread out throughout 3 buildings. The big yard is a good place for kids to run around. Recommended to watch the sunset and Fia Fia Polynesian show. Good place for family where everyone will enjoy.

Great amenities, most of the staff was extremely helpful, food and drinks very good!
We had our evening interupted by a fire alarm with message to evacuate building. Turned out someone had broken a sprinkler head on the floor above us. Afterwards we could hear cleaning going on above us. We did receive a notice of apology the next AM
