Hotel Guest Reviews of the International Palms Resort Cocoa Beach

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

Location
The room and its contents were filthy! We did not have a microwave or frig. No Wifi. We were sent texts to ask if we needed anything, so we should have complained, but did not-that was our fault. Spent little time there, so did not want to be bothered.

The staff were very responsive to the problems. The in-room coffee was above average.
Room phone out of order, bathtub drained slowly, TV remote did not work beyond power on/off, bathroom not thoroughly cleaned.

Have stayed yearly for the past few years but cleanliness & upkeep has gone drastically downhill. Bathroom had filthy molded grout. Lots of chipped & damaged paint & fixtures & everything felt it had a layer of grim on it. Very doubtful we will return

Location to things in Cocoa was okay, although the hotel itself was not beachfront as expected.
We had to change rooms three different times...the lock would not work on the original room, the second room was tiny with a horribly loud ac, and the third room was finally "stayable", but unfortunately had the neighbors from hell.

Location.
Windows to room were opaque above and below curtains. This allowed parking lot lights to directly illuminate room throughout the night. Had to go to Walmart, purchase cardboard box, duck tape and knife to install window coverings to sleep. Ridiculous.

Thiis hotel is in a good liocation and took over for the 1960’s Holiday Inn. It is seedy now. But may be a great Spring Bresk frat party haven.
This hotel seemed seedy. So I checked out a day early. Also you have to leave hotel to get a decent cup of coffee. This place is not a resort. It is commonly known in CB, not to stay there. Also room doors face an empty parking lot. AC is window unit.
