I know it was a 2 star hotel, noisey, none existent WiFi, rude staff. Having the tv locked on one channel was a surprise (that's a new one) the Roaches were a little much, I've been coming here since it was a Red roof so this the last time I'll be here.

We decided to stay at that location instead of downtown Dallas. We had tickets for the 6th floor Museum for Sunday morning. We really did like our room in Dallas. We actually got to enjoy our time there before going to bed.
I wish the website specified better that a double room was for two adults than two beds. We had to change rooms since there was three in our party. The change was only $5.70 so they was not bad.

Nothing I left a large adaptor in the wall (where microwave was plugged in) I call them twice and they said it was not there -IT WAS I now need to find 110v adaptor for cool box
Frist night cistern ran all night,told reception who said they knew about and would get it fixed -they didn't. Seat was also very lose.Asked for a deposit'incase'we checked out late!.Wanted to have D/license as a deposit for hair dryer!

There were holes in the walls. The bathroom door was busted apart and would not close. The shower floor felt like you were falling through. People knocking on the door through the night. Room had bad odor and sticky dirty carpet. Burn holes in the bedding

The staff were great and friendly.
The shower water did not flush well, water was just not flushing, ha tip make a complaint about it and ur foot fix and happen again, the toilet flushes really slow, another complaint. Bu overall those were the main issue
