It's really close to U Bahn and S Bahn station and easy to reach commercial area.
It's really a down to the floor four-star-hotel without fancy decorated lobby and spacious public room, and looks more like a chain economic guesthouse.

Friendly and helpful staff. Unusual efficient setup with reception, the bar, and the restaurant all in one area, the top floor. It was close to bus, underground, and S railway lines.This makes up for its location away from some tourist attractions.

Excellent breakfast buffet, a friendly and helpful staff, and close to all transportation. The arrangement of reception, bar and restaurant in one area gives it a "family" type operation. It is unusual to always take an elevator to the top floor before going to another elevator to access one's room level. But that gave it a unique feeling.

The location is very convenient with regard to transport and shopping.

The front desk staff was excellent and very helpful. Public transport was very convenient, but the hotel was on the very edge of the specified zone, far from city center.
The neighborhood it was in was not what I would expect from a 4 star hotel, there was graffiti on the nearby train station. The lobby was cramped and smelled like a cafeteria (cause the eating area was right there), and its silly that reception is on 7th.

Clean with friendly staff. Nice balcony in lobby on 7th floor. Close to the U & S bahn stations.
No AC in rooms, no pool, no parking on site, far from downtown, definitely not a 4-star hotel.

Decent hotel 2.5 to 3 stars at most, definitely not a 4-star hotel. No air conditioning in rooms (only a small fan on the table) and if you keep the windows open for air, be prepared for the road noise. No swimming pool. You have to take two elevators to get to your room always passing through the lobby on the 7th floor. Parking is not available at the hotel. We were told to park at the public parking lot at the mall across the street for 10 euro/day. The hotel staff is very nice and informative. Super friendly staff, helpful and listening to their guests. Great communicative skills.
The food in the restaurant was just awful. All came from the freezer, meat, vegetable and potatoes. This has to be improved!

Great hotel, location and staff. Very safe with the double elevator and super friendly and helpful staff. When I had a complaint about the restaurant food, they found a perfect solution together with me. The wifi signal was weak, but solved with a wired connection. Fast Internet. I advise the hotel to do something about their kitchen. Take off half of the menu, but prepare everything fresh that you put on there. Not 4 stars. Neighborhood is only ok.

This is a strange hotel, which is not to say bad. Others complain about its elevator arrangement. First you go to the 7th floor and then take another to the room on which you have your room. The room itself is perfectly ok. Nothing remarkable. I think if the neighborhood around the hotel were better, the hotel itself would seem nicer. This is a 1-2 star hotel and surprisgly enough they assign rooms on base of how much the traveler has paid through priceline or else. this is what i found out when I was complaining about the room, and I was told that I have not paid as they have listed in the.
