Hotel Guest Reviews of the Fairmont Copley Plaza

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

Location, gorgeous hotel, excellent staff
Terrible towels. Worn and thin. Very surprising for the price point and rating.

Staff was good, friendly
Rooms were dated. Paid to upgrade room and upgraded room was not nice. problems with shower, view of brick wall, room very dated. when I told front desk they said " our hotel is over 100 years old" as a reason. I would not stay at this hotel again

The location of this hotel was great for a middle ground to the downtown area but also heading to Fenway. It's nice that there are two "T" stations and also a plethora of restaurants.
They really need to do some updates with some of their rooms especially keep in mind the mold that occurred in our bathroom. The bathroom was small for the price of the hotel.

If you want a classic hotel, you'll enjoy the main lobby. They have excellent service with the staff but expect to have smaller bathrooms which can be problematic with multiple people in the room.
