Hotel Guest Reviews of the The Coast Blackcomb Suites At Whistler

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

We were very unsatisfied with the hotel, in the pictures it looked a lot new than it actually was. Had a bit of an older smell in the rooms and due to us having our room right above front desk, we were able to hear every sound during the night.

The room was spacious, and kitchen was complete with all necessities.
The hotel was a long way from the village, and fastest option was taxi, or take your own vehicle and find parking in the village. Hotel charged for parking, for the distance from village it should have been free.

none.
This hotel has no air conditioned. They provided fan but was too noisy and I suffered from hives & migraines because it was too hot. We couldn't open the windows or doors because it was the backyard or the porch.

It was clean, with a fully stocked kitchen. Nice pool. Lits of character.
No AC and a hot weekend meant impossible to sleep The stalls are the smallest we've ever seen! If you have an SUV, truck, minivan, be aware. Thankfully there were plenty areas available to chose from. Mattress on the pullout couch bed, was very old!

Location....true ski in ski out
Poor value. Expensive. Average accommodations. Let friendly; room smelled like cat spray.

Super friendly and helpful staff, awesome ski in/out location, free breakfast, secure parking garage, efficient ski check, comfy spacious rooms.
Not a big deal but you have to ride a bus for 5 minutes to get to the village, minor cosmetic wear and tear on room furniture.

The location was great - next to ski hill. Also the studio suite was very spacious and well laid out. The complementary breakfast was excellent.

Great family hotel. There were lots of children and young adults there which tended to make it fairly lively and sometimes a little loud.
