Hotel Guest Reviews of the St Regis Grand

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

Beautiful room, beautiful hotel, great service.
Hotel was payed in full prior checking in but front desk asked for a credit card and placed pending charges of room each night on to credit card. The pending charges were never charged but it still temporarily lowered my available credit amount on card.

Stayed at this hotel for our honeymoon, met our expectations and would defintely come back. Very nice hotel with great service and very good location.

Staff was very friendly & spoke excellent English. Hotel was beautiful. Taxis are always available.
The free Internet in the lobby was spotty.

The St. Regis is a beautiful upscale hotel with a very friendly staff that generously catered to American travelers. The doormen, concierge and bartenders went above and beyond to be helpful. The restaurant Vivendo offers two delicious 4 course tasting menus for 60 & 70 Euros p.p. which is quite reasonable for a 5-star property. Taxis are always at the front door for easy travel. ...read more

Size of rooms was higher than expected compared to most European hotels.
Internet access was
expensive and
not reliable.

Overall good value hotel for price. Felt like a US style hotel in downtown Rome. The staff is very attentive.

Great location, decor and staff!
Loose tiles in walkways and rooms and bathroom, it made the excellence of everything else just one step below perfect.

From the arrival to the departure the hotel staff and facilities performed at the level expected for the price and star level. I would recommend this hotel for these reasons as well as its location.
