Family Traveling with Young Children
Would rate it a nice 4 stars hotel for a young couple who wishes to keep partying back from the city's nightclubs.

I have been all over the world and never stayed in ANY hotel with such indifferent and apathetic staff. 5 Star?!?!?!? No way they would be LUCKY to have a star the room was an appalling design and when I asked if there was another room for me to move to (since the room literally made me nauseous) I was told they had no other rooms with 2 beds, something I find unbelievable. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL At any price, this hotel SUCKS ...

Not really a 5 star property, should be considered an airport hotel that is a 20 minute TAXI drive to terminals. Otherwise, location is undesirable. Hotel staff VERY nice and helpful!

The room is very good. And the cleanliness is very satisfied. But, I can't feel any kindness. It's little far from main street.

this is not a "downtown" hotel

The hotel is a splendid concept, with each of the 12 floors designed by a famous architect. Appointments are luxurious. Our room featured novel aspects not usually seen in hotels. Because of its remote location far from the city center, a guest could not go back to rest during the day before the evening acivity. Because the neighborhood is "quiet", as a staff member put it, there is nothing to do at night; it's not attractive even for an evening stroll. Since Spaniards have dinner late, we found it best to have the big meal of the day at about 3 pm (usual for Spain), and then either have no dinner or perhaps tapas near the hotel, watch TV and go to bed early. ...

Hotel is very conveniently located near the Metro stop and takes about 20 minutes to get to downtown Madrid. The restaurant has good food, service and wine. Reasonably priced. The staff is very friendly.

Tris hotel is fun. Each le el is designed by different architects. When you check in the staff shows the different available rooms and you can pick. It is a very cool place to stay if you travel with friends. I wouldn't recommend it to
people, my mom hates it!
