Very bad experience, will never stay in Sheraton again as long as the Sheraton head quarter allow this hotel to operate under their name.

Older room, staff not bi-lingual. Room cleaning sometimes very late. Morning coffee cold. Concierge uncooperative and argumentative. The charges for internet was exorbitant (if I would have known that, I would have stayed at another hotel that offered it) and they refused to supply coffee or breakfast. Every staff person had their hand out for a tip at all times. And the person who was cleaning my room (late) came in on his day off to ask for a tip when he found out I was leaving. Unfounded charges on my check-out bill, for telephone And I was charged $10.00 USD for a bottle of water that was just sitting on the table (with no price on it). Mini bar too small to allow me to put my own drinks in it. ...

This hotel made me feel as though our security, comfort and satisfaction were their top priorities. The staff was extremely personable and sincere. Great location and great views from balcony.
