Hotel Guest Reviews of the Seaport Boston Hotel

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

I loved the fact that it was in a good part of Boston. The view from our window was nice despite the nearby construction. The hotel was very clean and the room was very quiet.
It would have been nice if there was a mini fridge in the room for those of us with little snack items.

I would stay at this hotel again next time I'm in Boston for the marathon. The other guests on our floor were civilized so sleeping soundly was not a problem.

Easy check-in. Very friendly staff... At first, they gave us a room with a King bed since I booked through Priceline but they switched us to a room with 2 double beds when I told them we were 2 guys going to game 4 @ TD Garden. When we returned around 2AM my friend asked the front desk and they gave him a menu of a restaurant that would deliver to our room. And the next morning when we checked out I was surprised to learn that we had until midnight to leave the parking garage before being charge another day. I was only asking if we could leave around 2PM or had to get out by checkout time (12PM)... only thing, and it really isn't much, on the bill, we were charged 33$ for parking which is fine, 0,75$ for the local call to the restaurant at 2AM + 0,05$ telecom tax and a 3$ hotel and service fees (for what? i couldn't tell you if my life depended on it). overall paying 36,80$ for hotel parking in Boston isn't bad so I don't mind. but I think some people (especially those paying full price for the room) might get upset at those unexpected charges. getting an extra 4$ is really worth the risk of getting a bad review ?? not in my mind but I'm not running the place... location was good, right across from the T. free wifi was excellent. I would come back... ...read more

Nice rooms, nice showers, refrigerator, Keurig Coffee Maker!
$35.00 a day for parking is ludicrous. I will not pay it again. I will park at the Commons and wheel my cooler 1.5 miles to the hotel or dump my belongings on the Door Man and go park my car. No tipping!!!

A very nice 2 mile walk to centeer of downtown. If you are not into walking it's less than a block to Metro.
