Hotel Guest Reviews of the Seaport Boston Hotel

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

Lower price than other hotels downtown and close enough to everything. No tipping for any of the staff as it is included in the price!!!
Even though this hotel was the cheapest, it's still a lot of money

The location of public transportation. The Starbucks inside, dinner across the street and the hotel food was good. You're basically 20 at most from everything riding the subways
Hotel food was expensive, too expensive. Ham and egg Belfast with on and seasonal fruit, $37. But I guess that's too be expected at nice hotel in the seaport area.

Great room, awesome location, good ammenities
There must have been a problem with some of the elevators as there was a line of people waiting and only two were working. They started to take people up the freight elevator.

Beautiful, very modern hotel in a great location. They have a keurig machine with all the amenities, a big bathrobe and lots of towels.
The front desk said not to tip but the staff did accept tips. I would rather they not have a policy like that because it makes me think they underpay their staff. Found a hair in the bathroom before we used it.
