Hotel Guest Reviews of the Royalty Suites

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

Great location to get to old-town Tel Aviv by foot (Ben Gurion blvd, Rotchilde blvd, the Bima...). The room was comfortable, excellent matress, Jaccuzzin inside the room was a real gem. Friendly and most helpfuland adviceful staff. Highly recommended!!!
A bit hard to find, thee is no sign till you get to the entrance. it would have been great to have a coffee and suger inside the room, and to change the sheets after 2 days.

The staff was welcoming
This is not a even a motel let alone a hotel. You are stuck under a skyscraper and freeway tunnels. The rooms are however spacious. So if you're not looking for public space, restaurants, nice location the rooms definetly are great.

It was very comfortable and had great amenities for the price we paid. The bath and shower were excellent with great water pressure and temperature control.
There is no elevator, so be prepared to carry bags up a flight of stairs. The lobby, common area is very small and simple.

The staff was very accommodating. They will lend you hair dryers and have a place to use the ironing board. They have simple laundry service that is inexpensive. They wash and dry,you fold when it is returned to you. They have free instant coffee in the tiny lobby along with inexpensive drinks. Espresso is available for a very reasonable price. The larger rooms facing the marina have lovely, but not private, balconies with tables. Because the rooms have microwave ovens and small refrigerators you can buy and prepare snacks, breakfasts and drinks to enjoy on the balcony. You can cross over on a pedestrian bridge one floor above the hotel to Ben Gurion Parkway and visit the home, now museum of Israel's first Prime Minister, David Ben Gurion which is one block from the hotel. It is free to enter. The next major street is Ben Yehuda, where you can catch busses to anywhere in Tel Aviv, including the number 10 which will take you all the way to Jaffa the old city, and number 4 which will take you to Rothchild Blvd near Carmel Market. ...read more

We liked the pleasant staff, the location by the beach and were given an upgraded room which was exceptional
hard to find and needed to climb stairs to get to the hotel lobby.

Location and rooms were nice
exterior and actual building was sketchty and hard to find (one level hotel)

Nice hotel (rooms & location) but very small, hard to find, and only one story below a sketchy mall complex
