A friend and I stayed here for 2 nights. We weren't expecting much and got even less than we were expecting. The room wasn't very well kept - the floors were dirty, a bottle of perfume left behind by a previous guest was still under the bed, smelled very musty. It was a non-smoking room, yet there was an ash tray on the nightstand and the smoke detector seemed to be missing. The staff was inattentive. If we called the front desk, we'd have to try a few times before we got an answer, because the staff was usually out. Luckily we were able to get a hold of someone when our room keys mysteriously stopped working the first day because we would have been out unable to get into our room after midnight (when the staff leaves). When I went to get the new keys, the man at the desk didn't offer any kind of apology for the inconvenience, barely acknowledged me at all really - not very professional in my opinion. The Wi-fi wasn't working when we stayed (something promised when we booked and one of the reasons, I chose this place over others) but nobody bothered to inform us that it was down at any time before we checked in. I accidentally forgot something in the room when we left, contacted them the next day about it, but have yet to hear another word about having my belongings returned to me. Since we were traveling around a holiday, the rates had been jacked up pretty high, which I agree is understandable, but all in all the room and the service was not worth the $300 we paid to stay there 2 nights. ...
