Hotel Guest Reviews of the Residence & Conference Centre - Toronto

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

Location is the only thing good about this hotel.
Start with the moldy smell in the hallway and room. Walls in both bedrooms had holes and dirty. Windows open because of moldy smell in room. Sheets on one bed was dirty. Worse lace I've ever tried to stay at, had to leave lose 2 paid nights.

The rooms were new and clean. It was also very spacious with a kitchenette
It was too far away from downtown, a lot further than stated on the website

Overall it was good and totally worth my money.

Though the residence inn is not fancy, it's very tidy and clean. The staff are very helpful too.
The continental breakfast is bland.

Easy access from highway; very quiet. Like the space available per suite.
A very strong cleaning or fragrance based smell... It was very bothersome, but luckily the room could be vented, and the smell was mostly gone by the second day.

Friendly staff. Nice breakfast. Bus stops nearby. Comfortable beds. Wi-Fi connection was excellent.
Difficult to get to the hotel using a GPS. You can see the hotel and not know how to get to the parking lot. I had to turn around twice before a student came in the car with us and showed us how to get to the hotel entrance.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. If you get a day pass you can get to downtown Toronto very easily. We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. Very nice refrigerator and microwave. Beds were comfortable.

Convenient to freeway, and cheap parking.
Very worn out room. Old bed. No attempt to make rooms homey or comfortable.

The room brought to mind every frat party that I ever attended in university. Crappy beds, holes in walls, everything grey in the room. Soiled carpets. Not very clean. Security staff on site very sweet. Front desk girl nice to us but rude/slightly racist with another hotel guest.
