Affordable two bedroom suite. Pretty clean upon arrival. If you're not going to spend much time in the room, it does the job. (You won't be disgusted or horrified there. )
Walls need to be painted. No full-length mirrors, irons or ironing boards (Call desk). Old furniture. Cheap shower curtain. Rough 1-ply toilet paper. It's actually a college dorm. Loud intercom testing for 15 minutes straight (Testing 1 2 1 2 ...)

This is a college residence and the cost is very reasonable, so you can¿t expect perfection. That said the staff were very friendly and the room was quite clean. The beds are basic as are the TV¿s. There were two bedrooms, a kitchenette and breakfast
Being a student residence, the walls etc. have taken a fair bit of abuse and a bit of repair and a coat of paint would go a long way to improving the appearance and overall feeling to the room.

rooms are spacious, with the kitchenette.
there is no sign at the road . this location is very difficult to find ,if you have not been at this place previously before and there is no sign on the building also. A person has to be very careful when your walking on the sidewalks due to geese crap.

the walls in the unit we had were very dirty and worn and smelled musty. the mattress was hard as a rock and the pillows were not comfortable.

RTHe size of the room and price were excellent.
The internet service was very spotty and would be very disappointing if there for business or a conference.

it was quiet and lots of room there was no problems with coming in or going out at funny hours
parking was a bit far but workable, the college itself needs to make better direction on campus and the breakfast needs to be better maintained but awesome

loved the night girl Nicole she is worth a million and her experience and knowledge is being wasted she should be considered to be moved up the chain, there were a lot of people staying there and you did not hear anyone around you, and it was far enough away from any roads that you did not hear the traffic which was extremely pleasant, would stay again over and over, only thing that was a bit concerning was when the power outage happen for maintenance, but was fine in end more

the location was great. The checking was okay. The staff were gracious and accommodating even though appearance of the accommodation were unattractive and drab. the front office could use some paint on the walls and freshness with paintings.
the entrance was not well kept. The rooms needed painting. There were no tables or chair in the continental breakfast area and no trays to facilitate taking the food to the rooms where there is space for eating.

this hotel is an economical area to stay with shopping and eating areas close by. The rooms offer privacy so if traveling with children is a great and relaxing area. I liked the refrigerator and microwave also. Great for left overs and to keep fruits and vegetables. the walls in the rooms make the appearance unattractive. Not looking for much, just a well painted hotel interiors improve asthetics. except for these minor improvement, I loved it for its price and location. more

Comfortable beds.
Whole hotel smelled Smokey.

It was OK, kind of old and tired-in need of some updating. The whole place smelled strongly of smoke and our room was kind of musty. Nice beds, clean and comfortable, clean bathroom.
